Santa Pictures

We got some obviously ADORABLE pictures with Santa the other day.  We went through fotofly Santa.  They are awesome.  I have to say it's probably because the subject material is so stinking cute.  I feel like I finally caught up on all my posts for now. 

Halloween

 Well Gabe was a dragon for Halloween. As you can tell he was an adorable dragon.

 We went to a few houses with grandma and grandpa.  Nothing to overwhelming.

We walked around in our costume and danced a little bit.  The dancing was hilarious because the tail over exaggerated his butt wiggle.

One of those is non-Halloween related.  Just me trying to get him to dance.

Gabe's Birthday

  Well I am a slacker.  I have been meaning to do this for quite some time.  Gabe had his first birthday.  We took tons of pictures.  I tried to pick the best ones.  We had an Sesame Street cake.  I was originally going to make one, but upon considering that I worked the night before I decided we could just order one and I could get a few hours more sleep.

  We also got him his own smash cake.  It was an inexpensive add on to the cake order, and then he got his very own cake to smash.

 This is the car he got.  He loves this thing, in fact he loves all his toys he got.  He doesn't ride on it, but he loves to push it around and play with all the buttons and other noise makers on it.

This is us well into the cake.  I had to reload some of the pictures so they are out of order.  All well.  He was living it up.

 He got a lot of awesome stuff.  This is us putting together his alphabet train.

 Another view of the train.  He loves this thing.  There is a hole on top that you can put the blocks through, needless to say he puts anything that will fit through this hole.

 This is the drum that we got him.  It has a bunch of other noise/musical makers in it.  He likes the drums.

He also got a great drum from my sister that I don't have a picture of.  He loves drums!  He will drum on anything that makes noise whether it is a drum or not.

 This is non-birthday related.  This was ravioli related.  I don't know how he gets so much on him.  I love it.

 Walking with Dad.  He is a great walker now.  He took his first steps the Thursday before his birthday.  Now he runs.

Fell asleep eating.  He hasn't done this for me yet, but he has done it a few times for O'Ryan.  He snapped a picture for me.  So cute.

He is a great baby! Generally very happy and mild tempered.  We love this little guy! Can't believe how fast that first year has gone.

Well we have to start by wishing Michael a happy birthday.  He would have been 3 this year.  His birthday was on the 7th.  We did not forget you on your special day.  We remember you and miss you always.  All our love to our little man who is awaiting us in heaven.  

 We got memberships to the zoo and the aquarium. Little guys seems to really like both places.  We got some video of him at the zoo, but I can't seem to get it to load right now, I will have to have O'Ryan help me when he has a minute.

 Our little guy has not yet started saying words yet, but he meows at the cat.  When we went to the zoo the tiger was just sleeping next to the glass, and what does Gabe do? He meowed at it.  It was hilarious.

 We are on normal food now, have been for a while.  These are some of my favorites.  How much he likes something seems to be directly proportionate to how messy it is, as you can tell.

 We tried to compare him to the penguin, but he was a little uncooperative, still a cute pic though.

 O'Ryan is officially a sheriff.  He had to wait to become official because of his back injury.  For those that don't know he herniated a disc in academy and had to wait to become official.  I am so proud of him.  He really seems to be enjoying his new job.

 This was us at the aquarium again.  I told O'Ryan to sit on the frog with Gabe, and as you can see Gabe was clinging for all he was worth.  He wouldn't relax at all.  Usually he is pretty well balanced, but he didn't want to let go of daddy at all on this day.

More messy food.  He is so stinking cute.  He is going to walk any day now I swear.  He has walked holding on to things for a while now, but now he will let go of things, and then he just stands there for a minute, then really slowly he sits down and starts crawling off.  It's like he just isn't ready for that first step just yet. 

Remember we are going private soon.  I will probably be doing it in the next couple of months.  We really haven't gotten a lot of e-mails or posts with people telling us they want to keep up with us, but many of you have stated that you are blog stalkers.  Well people if you want to keep stalking us let us know! We just don't want any creepy creeps looking us up.  I will try and remember most people and send invites, but you have to help us. 
Soon we will get 1 year pics.  I am looking forward to it!
