My poor hubby has strep. He swears it's the first time he's ever had it. I say no one goes through childhood without getting it at least once. I had it a ton of times. Anyways, he feels like crap. He is on antibiotics and is feeling better than he did a day or two ago, but still really crappy. He's so funny, when he first got diagnosed he said, "you should go to the doctor to because you are pregnant." My reply was , "if I get a sore throat I'll go right in, but I'm fine." He is so overprotective of me, especially now. It's cute.

Head cold + Pregnancy = suckage

So apparently having a head cold and not being able to take anything for it really really sucks. On the plus side my baby moved from alien to normal on my header!!! I just keep thinking, "You're baby has fingernails." If you've ever seen Juno you'll get that, which by the way is a cute show.

So I'll just keep blowing my nose like crazy and hopefully it will pass soon.

There seems to be some confusion about my ultrasound. I did not have one. They said it was too early to even check for a heartbeat and did not do one.

My next appt is early in feb. and hopefully we will get one then.

My first ultrasound

Or Not. I feel very disappointed with my first appt. Apparently it was way to early to even check for a heartbeat or anything like that. : ( le sigh. I was getting really excited for it to. So I just feel violated from the Nurse Practitioner, j/k. seriously though as if my boobs didn't hurt enough already we have to check for lumps! Everything seems good though, and the lady that drew my blood said, "congrats it's a boy." She says it's boy season. We'll just have to wait and see on that one. My nausea seems to be subsiding for the most part, I still get it when it's been a while since I've eaten something. But overall I guess I can't complain.
