Graveyards : (

I have recently decided two things about my job.

1st.... 12 hour shifts are way way way to dang long when you are pregnant.

2nd.... working all night long while pregnant also sucks.

Working graveyards makes a person very tired, being pregnant makes a person tired. put the two together and i feel chronically exhausted. Good thing my sweet hubby lets me sleep as much as i want to on my days off to try and catch up. : )

Next week is the big ultrasound to check all the baby's toes, fingers, and everything in between. If everything is going well it will probably be the last time i see my baby before he is born.

We have started painting the nursery, we need to add the details, will post pics when we do, it will be so cute!

Also we are planning a baby shower in June, and are registered at target for anyone who wants to know. The nursery has a CLASSIC winnie the pooh theme. not the disney version. I have never been so excited for something in my entire life.


Still no kicks yet. hopefully soon.

Mr. T

I will not be sharing the name we have picked out on the blog yet. But my sweet sister in law pointed out to us that his initials will be Mr. T. We think it's hilarious, but the name is great so we are not changing it.

I am still waiting for those first little kicks to be felt. I know he's moving because in the gender check ultrasound he was moving all over the place. I can't wait to feel him for myself.

first baby clothes

These are the first clothes we have bought/been given. I love it! They are sooo cute, I can't wait to put them on him.



We had some blood work done that the ob's to check for certain disorders and everything came back negative. We go in the first week of April for the BIG ultrasound where they check all the limbs and organ's. The one last week was just to check a certain appendage, or lack there of. And most of you probably already saw that it is a boy. We are so excited. We would have been happy either way, but it's fun that we can pick stuff out now. We put our crib together, it is sooo cute. Also we bought paint to redo the nursery. We just need to clean it out and tape off so my hubby can paint. (Probably next week.)
